From the contact form on this site: your name, email address, an optional phone number, what you are asking about, and whatever you write in the message field. If you tick the marketing box, we also record that you ticked it and the exact wording you agreed to.

When you book, our scheduling provider collects the details needed to hold the appointment. When you pay, our payment processor handles the card details. We never see or store your full card number.

This site runs no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

To reply to you, to schedule and deliver your sessions, to take payment, and, only if you have opted in, to send occasional promotional messages. We do not sell your information.

Providing a phone number on our contact form is optional and does not sign you up for text messages. We only send promotional texts to people who have ticked the marketing box on this site or on our in-person intake form. The box on this site reads:

Send me occasional emails or texts about promotions and openings. No more than one a month, and I can reply STOP or unsubscribe any time.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of further messaging. Reply HELP for more information.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing with the messaging platform that delivers our texts on our behalf is permitted and necessary to send the message. Those providers act as our support subcontractors and may not use your number for their own marketing.

We send transactional email, such as a reply to your enquiry or a booking confirmation, to anyone who contacts us. Promotional email goes only to people who have opted in, and every one of those messages carries an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop the replies and confirmations you actually asked for.

Only the service providers that make the practice run: our scheduling platform, our payment processor, our email delivery provider, our messaging provider, and the spreadsheet and cloud services where client records are kept. Each handles your data on our instructions and for no other purpose. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

What you tell us about pain, injuries, or how your body is moving is kept confidential and used only to plan and deliver your sessions. Revolt Recovery provides recovery and bodywork services, not medical treatment, and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.

Client records are kept for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that a returning client's history is still there. Ask us to delete your record and we will, apart from anything we are required to retain for tax or legal reasons.

You can ask us what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw marketing consent at any time. Email JakeNadermann@gmail.com or call (515) 975-3066 and we will handle it. Withdrawing consent takes effect going forward; it does not undo messages already sent.

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Minors are seen only with a parent or guardian present and consenting.

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes to how we use your information will not be applied retroactively to data collected under an older version.
