The Method
Electrons Plus: recovery at the source
Targeted hands-on therapy supercharged with the Electrons Plus experience. We channel therapeutic PEMF through precise touch to clear inflammation and restore mobility from the inside out.
Assessment: find the driver
Instead of just chasing symptoms, Jake assesses your movement mechanics and identifies hidden tissue restrictions to map the root cause. A locked hip flexor wrenching your lower back, a tight IT band torquing your knee, or a fascial restriction driving shoulder impingement. We target the driver, not just the pain.
Electrons Plus: PEMF Meets Intuitive Touch
We combine the power of advanced PEMF therapy with specialized manual bodywork, channeling targeted pulses straight into restricted tissue. Every session is adapted on the fly to your exact tolerance and tension patterns. When the restriction demands more, we layer in complementary modalities: shockwave therapy to calm chronic scar tissue and stimulate blood flow, dynamic vacuum cupping to decompress stuck fascial layers, targeted scraping to smooth tissue adhesions, and vibration therapy to reset hyperactive neuromuscular tone.
Reset and reconnect
As the restriction releases, the work shifts to restoring the movement pattern, so the change holds when you're back in the gym, on the field, or just living without bracing around the pain.
The plan forward
Some issues reset in a session. Stubborn, years-old patterns take a short series. Jake tells you straight which one you're looking at. The practice runs on referrals, not packages you don't need.
Who it's for
- Athletes in-season who need to recover faster than the schedule allows
- Chronic pain that's outlasted PT, cortisone, and dry needling
- Post-training stiffness and inflammation that keeps compounding
- Desk-built restriction in the neck, shoulders, and hips that sit all day
- Marathon and triathlon blocks, before and after race day
Sessions run 30 to 120 minutes, in the Lutz studio or at your place anywhere in Tampa Bay.
Feel it for yourself
One session is all it takes to understand why athletes fly Jake in.
